Javier Iparraguirre's professional journey is driven by value creation and innovation. He received the PhD in Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional del Sur and a Master of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was awarded the Fulbright Commission Master’s Scholarship. Javier’s research focuses on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and High Performance Computing. As an author, he published a book and contributed to journals and international conferences.

His experience involves industry as well as academia. At present, Javier integrates the Data and Artificial Intelligence team at Teladoc Health. He serves as Adjunct Professor in the Electronics Engineering Department at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Bahía Blanca, Argentina. He has at least a decade of experience as a technical consultant in private and public organizations.
