Javier Iparraguirre received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Sur and a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was awarded the Fulbright Commission Master’s Scholarship. His current technical interests are machine learning, unsupervised learning, and video processing. As an author, he published a book and contributed to multiple peer-reviewed scientific publications.

His professional background spans both industry and academia. Currently, Javier is working as Director of Machine Learning at Teladoc Health. He serves as Adjunct Professor in the Electronics Engineering Department at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Bahía Blanca, Argentina. He also has over a decade of experience providing technical consulting to private and public organizations.
